1. Agreement

By accessing or using PyVendr (https://PyVendr.ddns.net), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Products & Licensing

PyVendr sells Python automation bot source code under a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. Each purchase grants you the right to:

  • Use the bot source code for personal or commercial projects
  • Modify the code for your own use
  • Deploy the bot on your own infrastructure
  • Receive lifetime updates to the purchased bot

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the source code
  • Share the source code publicly (e.g., public GitHub repos)
  • Claim authorship of the original code

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. You will receive a download link after successful payment. All sales are final unless covered by our refund policy.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with a purchased bot for any reason, contact us at hello@pyvendr.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your password and 2FA configuration. You must not share your account with others. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PyVendr or purchased bots for any illegal activity, spam, harassment, or any purpose that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Disclaimers

Bots are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that bots will work with every website, API, or service, as third-party platforms may change their interfaces. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of purchased bots.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the website.
